Certiva Goes Live on 28 September 2026
On 28 September 2026, Certiva becomes live and accessible to certification bodies.
This is the date we have been building toward: the moment Certiva moves from a working platform demonstrated in controlled environments to a product that certification bodies can begin accessing for themselves.
The waitlist is open now. Access to Certiva Try, our working demonstration platform, will be released to certification bodies on a first-come-first-served basis.
We are not opening an unlimited public sandbox on day one. We are bringing CBs in deliberately, in the order they join, so that every organization receives a serious introduction to a serious operating platform.

Why We Built Certiva
Certification bodies perform work that demands structure, evidence, competence, impartiality, and traceability. Yet many CB teams are still expected to run that work through a collection of tools that were never designed for certification.
The client record lives in a CRM. Audit dates live in a spreadsheet. Evidence sits in shared folders. Signatures travel through email. Auditor qualifications are tracked in another file. Nonconformities move between Word documents and inboxes. Committee members receive document packs with little workflow around them. Surveillance deadlines depend on someone remembering to check.
Every individual tool may work. The operation between them does not.
Certiva was built to become the connected operating system for the certification body: one platform where the application, scope, audit programme, team, evidence, findings, reports, decisions, signatures, certificates, and future surveillance cycle remain part of the same controlled record.
That is a large ambition. We chose it because the problem is large.
What Becomes Available on 28 September
From 28 September 2026, invited certification bodies will begin receiving access to Certiva Try.
Certiva Try is not a slide deck, a collection of concept screens, or a prerecorded product tour. It is the working demonstration environment built to let CBs explore how Certiva handles real certification workflows with safe demonstration data.
Inside the platform, CBs can examine how Certiva approaches:
- •Application intake and review, turning submitted information into structured certification data rather than another attachment to retype.
- •Audit planning and scheduling, including stage progression, required actions, team assignments, and visible operational blockers.
- •Auditor competence and scope coverage, connecting standards, EA codes, qualifications, availability, and witness records to the work being assigned.
- •Audit time calculation, using deterministic rules for the calculation while keeping inputs, adjustments, and justifications visible.
- •Document generation and digital signing, using the CB's process and templates while preserving controlled records and signing sequences.
- •AI-assisted report drafting and review, giving auditors a structured starting point while keeping every output reviewable, editable, and human-controlled.
- •Nonconformity management, maintaining the complete exchange from finding through response, evidence, review, rejection, resubmission, and closure.
- •Committee review and certification decisions, keeping competence, impartiality, evidence, sequence, and approval connected.
- •Certificate lifecycle management, from issuance to surveillance, recertification, suspension, withdrawal, and renewal.
- •Role-specific portals, giving planners, auditors, clients, and consultants the information and actions appropriate to their role.
The point is not to show a long feature list. The point is to show what changes when those capabilities operate together.
One Platform for the Problems CBs Keep Solving by Hand
We believe Certiva can solve the recurring operational problems that consume a certification body's time and expose its process to avoidable risk.
It can stop teams from retyping the same scope into five documents. It can make missing signatures visible before they block a later stage. It can catch a competence coverage gap before an auditor is assigned. It can keep a nonconformity response and its evidence attached to the right record. It can show a reviewer what is incomplete instead of asking them to reconstruct an audit from folders and email.
No software can replace auditor competence, impartiality, technical judgment, or the responsibility of the certification decision. We will never pretend otherwise.
What software can do is remove the fragmentation around those responsibilities. It can make the right process easier to follow, the wrong action harder to take, and the evidence easier to retrieve. That is the category of problem Certiva is designed to solve — across the full certification lifecycle, not in one isolated department.
Why Access Is Limited
The scarcity around this launch is real, and the reason is simple: Certiva is a new startup, and we intend to onboard like one that respects its customers.
We do not have a giant implementation department or an anonymous queue of support agents. We have a focused team, a working platform, and a responsibility to understand how each early certification body operates.
Opening the doors to everyone at once would make for a louder launch. It would not make for a better start.
The first CBs need time to explore the product, ask detailed questions, show us their document sets, explain their accreditation context, and identify the operational differences that matter in practice. We want to be present for those conversations. We want early access to feel supported, not self-served.
That is why Certiva Try access will be released in sequence. When the current onboarding capacity is occupied, the next certification body remains on the waitlist until a place opens.
There is no invented countdown and no artificial closing date. There is simply limited early capacity, and the order of requests matters.
What "First Come, First Served" Means
Waitlist position is based on when a certification body submits its request.
Beginning on 28 September, we will contact CBs in that order and provide the next available Certiva Try access opportunity. If an organization is not ready to proceed or does not respond, we will move to the next CB so that available access does not sit unused.
Joining the waitlist does not create a purchase obligation. It reserves your position to evaluate the platform when access becomes available.
The earlier your certification body joins, the earlier it can enter the first rollout.
Who Should Join the First Cohort
The first cohort is for certification bodies that recognize at least one of these situations:
- •Your operation has outgrown spreadsheets, shared folders, and status meetings.
- •Your current software tracks clients but does not control the certification lifecycle.
- •Audit reports, document packs, or signature chains consume too much administrative time.
- •Auditor competence, EA code coverage, witness cycles, or availability are difficult to validate during planning.
- •Nonconformities and client evidence move through long email chains.
- •Committee review depends on manually assembled files and follow-up messages.
- •Your team cannot answer an accreditation assessor's request without searching across multiple systems.
- •You want to adopt AI for useful, reviewable tasks without handing certification judgment to a black box.
You do not need to be a large CB. In many ways, smaller certification bodies feel these problems more sharply because every hour spent on administration is an hour taken from growth, quality, or client service.
You do need to be willing to look closely at your current process. Certiva is not another generic CRM skin. The value appears when the real certification workflow is brought into the conversation.
We Are New — and That Is Part of This Launch
Certiva is a new company entering an established and highly responsible industry. We are not hiding that behind enterprise language.
Being new means we have more to prove. It also means we can listen closely, move with focus, and build without defending the limitations of a decades-old system.
The platform is live. The vision is ambitious. The product will continue to improve as real CBs use it, question it, and show us where their processes demand more. Launch day is not the claim that Certiva is finished. Serious operational software is never finished.
It is the point at which the work becomes available to the people it was built for.
Our commitment to the first cohort is straightforward: we will be honest about what the platform does today, clear about what comes next, and close enough to the implementation work to learn from every real workflow.
The Beginning of a Different Operating Model for CBs
The certification industry does not need another dashboard that makes fragmented work look organized. It needs software that connects the work itself.
Certiva is our answer: a platform designed around the certification lifecycle, accreditation evidence, defined responsibilities, controlled documents, and the people who must make defensible decisions.
On 28 September 2026, that answer becomes accessible.
The first certification bodies will enter one by one. They will see the platform, challenge it with real operating questions, and decide whether Certiva can become the system behind their next stage of growth.
