Certiva Is Now Live
Today, 28 September 2026, Certiva is officially live.
This launch is the result of a simple observation made from inside the certification industry: certification bodies are expected to operate with precision, traceability, competence, and impartiality, yet many still have to manage their work through disconnected spreadsheets, inboxes, shared folders, generic CRM systems, and manually prepared documents.
Certiva was built to change that.
It is a connected operating platform for certification bodies, covering the workflow from the first client application through audit planning, document preparation, audit execution, findings, review, certification decisions, training, and the continuing certification cycle.
The platform is not launching as a concept or a collection of mockups. Certiva is already being used in the real operations of an accredited certification body, and the demonstration environment contains complete workflows, realistic organizations, users, documents, decisions, and signing sequences that certification professionals can explore.
Why We Built It
Certification is not a generic sales pipeline.
A certification body has to understand scope, standards, competence, impartiality, audit duration, audit stages, evidence, findings, technical review, certification decisions, surveillance, and recertification. Each step depends on information created earlier in the process, and every important action must remain traceable.
